Dougy Center has received national and international acclaim for our innovating peer support model for helping children cope with the death of a family member. The Dougy Center Model has been replicated in over 500 sites throughout the world and is considered a ‘gold standard’ of practice in the field of grief and loss. A GriefShare group is typically designed around a 13-week grief support group/video series and is specifically for those who grieve the death of a loved one.
