Welcome to my practice. I offer counseling services with several additional healing modalities, such as Hypnosis, Reiki and Astrology, and Transpersonal Psychology.
"Transpersonal psychology is a sub-field or "school" of psychology that integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology. It is also possible to define it as a "spiritual psychology."
B.A. '87 in psychology from Reed College, and a Master's in Social Work '92 from Portland State University. LCSW since 1997.
Areas of Expertise: DBT and Mindfulness, Hypnosis, eating issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, family relationships, addiction, codependency and other recovery.
I also can employ astrology and am a Reiki Master.
